Dorothy Ann Case has been a creditor's attorney for over 20 years. The firm has experienced and knowledgeable staff devoted to this unique area of practice. We have our own skip tracers and asset evaluation department. Case Law Firm, S.C. has access to several databases that allow us to obtain current information for locating debtors and their assets.

We represent clients throughout the entire state of Wisconsin and nationwide through our networks.

We handle cases on a competitive contingency fee basis. Your out-of-pocket expenses are the court costs which we incur on your behalf. We can advance the court costs and bill you for the costs and our fees.

We can provide you with monthly and/or weekly statements to accommodate your needs. We can also supply status reports either by hard copy or electronically.
